1. Protect clothing and skin with a towel or protector. 2. Apply petroleum jelly around hairline ears to prevent staining. 3. Wear gloves provided in the box. 4. In well-ventilated area, shake bottle well. 5. dye evenly dry, unwashed hair, starting from roots working towards ends. 6. Leave on for recommended time. 7. Rinse thoroughly apply conditioner.
